Responsibilites:
Research and develop new technologies and applications for industrial control system by applying up-to-date products and technologies on control, sensor, communication and computer to industrial applications, to improve efficiency, reliability, safety, and convenience of operation.
1. Collect timely information on state-of-the-art of industrial control technologies;
2. Analyze customer’s requirement and develop new solutions;
3. Complete design, development, test and related documents in time with high qulity by following R&D process;
4. Provide technical support and training to both internal engineer and customer.
5. Collect feedback from end user, keep tracing and improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering,3+ years experience in industrial automation, experience on large port cranes is preferred;
2. Solid knowledge on mechanics and automatic control, be proficient in using Matlab to perform modeling, analysis and simulation;
3. Comprehensive knowledge on Drive, Motor, PLC, field bus, sensor, power supply etc, familiar with popular products;
4. Deep understanding on HW&SW of computer, be proficient in computer network and database, be able to use C/C++ to develop software applications;
5. Familiar with architecture of microcomputer, ARM, or DSP, be able to design PCB and program with C/ASM;
6. Good English skill, be able to read and write professional English documents;
7. Strong learning ability and problem-solving ability, be able to do development independently;
8. Good communication skill, Responsibility, Activity, Hard work, Teamwork.

岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,电气、机械、自动化等相关专业, 3年以上工业自动化相关行业的工作经验,有大型起重机电气系统开发、设计经验更佳;
2. 具有扎实的力学和自动控制的理论基础,熟练使用Matlab等工具进行建模、分析和仿真;
3. 具有全面系统的传动、电机、PLC、现场总线、传感器、输配电等知识,熟悉相关的主流产品;
4. 深入了解计算机软、硬件系统,精通计算机网络技术和数据库技术,能熟练使用C/C++以及相关开发工具编写应用软件;
5. 熟悉单片机、ARM或DSP系统的架构,能熟练进行电路板设计并用C或ASM进行开发;
6. 英语熟练,能阅读并编写电气专业英文文档;
7. 具有较强的学习能力和分析解决问题的能力,能独立从事技术开发工作;
8. 有良好的沟通能力,责任心强、积极主动、肯专研、有团队合作精神。
